摘要：
Left Atrial Pacemaker Dominance. We report a case of left atrial dominant rhythm demonstrated by electroanatomic mapping. The rhythm occurred after radiofrequency catheter ablation in a patient with persistent atrial fibrillation and structural heart disease.
