摘要
The single crystals of K-2[UO2(C2O4)(SO4)] (.) 3H(2)O were studied by X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system; its unit cell parameters are a = 5.743(1) Angstrom, b = 9.544(2) Angstrom, c = 11.845(2) Angstrom, alpha = 89.49(3)degrees, beta = 84.95(3)degrees, gamma = 83.01(3)degrees, space group P (1) over bar, Z = 2, R = 0.024. The structure contains infinite zigzaglike chains [UO2(C2O4)(SO4)](2-) stretched along the [100] direction and corresponding to the crystal-chemical group AK(02)M(1) (A = UO22+) of uranyl complexes. The chains are linked to one another through electrostatic interactions with potassium ions and through hydrogen bonds involving outer-sphere water molecules.
