摘要
This paper presents a folded monopole antenna with a parasitic element The proposed antenna enables us to reduce the size of antenna considerably (0.15 lambda x0.13 lambda x0.06 lambda at 195MHz) and to achieve the bandwidth of 18% at 195MHz with the reasonable gain of about 1.5dB (near omni-directional) and gain flatness of about 2.7dB in the H plane. It also meets the bandwidth requirement of 30MHz; for repeater antennas of the T-DMB (180-210MHZ) service being constructed in Korea. The proposed antenna can be easily mounted directly to conductive ceilings or to nonconductive ones.
