摘要
A series of ten novel benzoxazole analogues of combretastatin A-4 were designed, synthesized, and evaluated for their anticancer activity against three human cancer cell lines. Four of the synthesized compounds exhibited superior potency against different tumour cell lines. One of them showed more potent than control drug, particularly A549 and MCF-7 cell lines.
