摘要
The nanowires and nanobelts longer than several micrometers have been synthesized through simple KOH treatment. The nanowires and the nanobelts were found to contain K, Ti, Nb and O. The structures of the nanowires and the nanobelts were analyzed. The bandgap of the nanobelts was calculated from the absorbance spectrum to be about 3.3eV.
