摘要：
Some key theories and technologies are discussed in this paper, which include mainly the fuzzy controller applied to the online monitoring and controlling system of middle-plank rolling mill, the monitoring the rolling mill online and the fuzzy neural network training the fuzzy control model offline. The material methods of realizing those contents are given, which include the frame of hardware and software, the principle of designing fuzzy controller, the structure of neural network and methods of training fuzzy controller.
