摘要：

Real Estate Industry in China developed and is developing very quickly. Many indexes change greatly, such as Average Selling Price, Residential Building sold, Buildings under Construction and Buildings Complete all increased very quickly. But at the same there are some problems emerged. The paper applied Grey Model forecast the developing tendency in Chinese Real Estate Industry. And bring forward high price problem and housing structure will be the most important problem in the Real Estate industry developing process in the next few years.
