"Civic Exchange", a Hong-Kong NGO created in 2000, is a non-partisan think-tank concerned with defining and analysing public policies, with a focus on governance and sustainable development as core issues. In this interview, Christine Loh, a former Hong-Kong MP and one of the two founders of the NGO, shows how the Internet resources have greatly benefited the association's work, in terms of both information and the ability to reach out to an ever-wider audience.
