A dynamical approach to DNA sequences

摘要
We study the statistical features of DNA pseudo-random walks with a dynamical model leading to scaling exponents identical to those of real DNA sequences. The Onsager regression method shows that coding DNA sequences have long-range correlations which are obscured at short distances by environmental fluctuations.
