摘要
In order to refine the as-cast microstructure of a TiAl based alloy with a grain size of similar to 1000 mu m, a multiple-stage heat treatment was carried out and a fine fully lamellar microstructure (FFL) with a grain size of 10-20 mu m was obtained. This treatment route includes pretreatment in the single a field, cyclical treatment and aging in the alpha+gamma field and solution treatment in the cc field again. The final refining result appears to be influenced by the aging length. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
