摘要:
In this paper, we present a novel, low cost, high accuracy, high frequency radar cross section characterization method using commercially available, off-the-shelf hardware working in the millimeter-wave frequency range of 77-81GHz. Our approach demonstrates a number of key advantages over traditional methods at only a fraction of the cost. We also present a comparison of the monostatic RCS results of two wind turbine designs, and demonstrate good agreement between our simulation and experimental results.
