摘要
Tactical planning of piece and small lot production belongs to very complex problems. The process may be supported by an expert system. The article concentrates on the issue of creating a knowledge representation method from this scope. The object approach combined with fuzzy modelling was proposed to be used as a solution. Fuzzy logic has been used for the elaboration of the process representation in the approximate evaluation of the planning alternatives. Object techniques have allowed to order the knowledge according to the working method of the planning expert.
