摘要
The in vitro HRP application to the dorsal root of the frog spinal cord produced an intensive staining of primary afferent fibers. A double postembedding GABA and glutamate immunocytochemical study repealed GABA- or glutamate-immunopositive presynaptic boutons establishing axo-axonic synapses onto HRP-stained primary afferent fibers in the spinal cord intermedial zone.
