摘要
In this paper, a new necessary and sufficient condition and new sufficient conditions for simultaneous stabilization are derived from a polynomial approach. The additional requirements for the controller to be stable or a Unit in H-infinity are also given. The new sufficient conditions reduce in special cases to several published papers.
