摘要：
Entrepreneurs must submit a strong report on the feasibility of the project investment. If they want to obtain the venture capital. One important factor to impact on the success of venture capital and venture capital industry is the selection of investment projects, at the view of the venture capital project selection, this article studies the selection process of the risk of investment projects, which introduces and analysis briefly the risk for the selection of investment projects, the project sources, elements of the selection process, stages and features.
