摘要：

The CDIO educational framework provides students with an education in the context of Conceiving - Designing - Implementing - Operating real-world systems and products. An application-oriented personnel training framework for cold chain logistics management courses in undergraduate education was refined in the CDIO structure to guide this study, which proposed a three-leveled project training system to meet the industrial needs of personnel. The result suggests the project training focused educational system satisfies the social requirements for cold chain logistics personnel training, and can be used as a reference model for relevant educational institutions.
