摘要
New triple band fractal-like antennas are proposed in this paper. The proposed antennas are built on a partial ground plane and fed through a microstrip feed line. The design is based on the self similarity property of fractal geometries. The design procedures are straightforward and can be applied to design an arbitrary triple band antenna at different operating bands using simple analytical relations. Numerical simulations are utilized to verify the design procedures. A fractal-like triple band antenna with self-similarity factor of 1.25 is realized on FR4 substrate, and measured. Simulations and experimental results are in good agreement and demonstrate the performance of the proposed fractal-like triple band antennas.
