摘要
Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) can be used for the study of bacteria, and more particularly for their identification. For this purpose, FTIR spectra of unknown bacteria must be compared to a spectral library recorded from reference strains. Using standardized conditions we first recorded reference bacterial spectra of Arthrobacter, Brevibacterium, Corynebacterium and Micrococcus strains. Preliminary results of classification and identification of Brevibacterium and Corynebacterium genus are presented.
