摘要
A 47-year-old woman was diagnosed with infiltrating ducta1 carcinoma of the right breast postoperatively. Results of an early whole-body Tc-99m MDP scan revealed a hypervascular lesion in the right frontal region. Delayed whole-body images were normal. An axial cranial computed tomography scan showed a relatively hyperdense tumor in the right frontal region. These findings were consistent with a benign meningioma. The patient subsequently underwent a craniotomy. Histopathologic interpretation showed meningioma with proliferation of meningothelial cells arranged in a whorl-like or fascicular pattern.
