摘要：
The preparation and characterization of a new tetramercaptocalix[4]arene and its At-211 complex is described. The in vivo stability of the complex has been evaluated in nude mice for the purpose of alpha -radioimmunotherapy of cancer. The study shows that while this complex lacks adequate stability in vivo, At-211 may behave as a heavy metal ion and may be successfully sequestered for biomedical applications.
