摘要
A station-based laboratory practical exam for first-year high school chemistry students is described. Students move individually through six stations meant to authentically assess both basic lab skills and problem-solving skills utilized throughout the year. The exam can be completed in an approximately 85 min lab period and can be easily adapted to assess other skills. © 2010 The American Chemical Society and Division of Chemical Education, Inc.
