Formation of the ecological component in engineering education

摘要
It is very important to minimise the environmental impact of designed products, technological processes and automation facilities, compared with direct control of this via treatment neutralisation and utilisation, in the preparation of the modem engineer (designers, technologists, experts in automation). nk environmental impact is examined as a function of consumption, and both controlled and uncontrolled wastes. Mathematical models for components of the technological aggregate are discussed based on an example of technological equipment for materials processing, and include models that show the set of variable conditions, their connection with an environmental load, and optimisation tasks to ensure realisation of the technological aggregate with minimum impact on an ecosystem. Parametric and technological methods of minimisation of a power environmental load and problems of ecology, friction and automation to ensure the ecological quality of processes are reviewed. Moscow State University of Technology STANKIN's experiences in realising these concepts in educational courses, laboratory work, and in training industrial engineers of different specialties is given, including engineers in environmental protection and labour safety in machine-building plants.
