摘要：

The financial crisis not only has had a great impact on world economy, but also put a pressure on university students' employment. In order to better and deep understand their psychological dynamics, career belief and attitude in choosing job, the researcher designed a questionnaire and made a survey to university students in Xi'an, after analysis of influencing factors of graduates' employment and discussion to these data, and then drew the conclusions and offered some measures under the background of financial crisis.
