摘要
With the development of information technology and the improvement of the scientific and technological level, the collection of enterprise value chain data is more convenient. The analysis of enterprises using data has also developed from simple to complex. In current supplier analysis, there are generally subjective analysis, objective analysis, the combination of subjective and objective methods. At present, a single analytical method is commonly used. Considering the use of a single evaluation method, the results of the analysis may not be very comprehensive. In this paper, the advantages of single methods will be combined, Entropy method and Analytic Hierarchy Process will be used to calculate the comprehensive weight, and the method of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method is used to calculate the score. Taking automobile enterprise as an example, the original data of five suppliers were collected, and the above methods were used to evaluate each supplier and select the most suitable supplier for the development of company W.
