In order to improve the defect that a satisfying result is often obtained by means of CAE software's repeated calculation and designer's multiple adjusting, and to gain the process parameters in the least time, an automated optimization integration system of the sheet metal forming process parameters was built based on the multi-disciplinary design optimization platform-isight. The system has a seamless interaction between the CAD and CAE software tools, which can improve the automated degree of the design and analysis, and greatly reduce people's intervention and repeated work. The building method of optimization system is simple and practical. At last, two examples are applied to verify of the feasibility and validity of the proposed integration system.
