Optical and nonlinear optical properties of thin ZnMnO films

摘要
In this paper by the method of pulsed laser deposition (PLD) we obtained thin films of zinc oxide doped with manganese - diluted magnetic semiconductor (DMS). The films consist of densely packed small crystallites. The crystalline structure of the main phase has a hexagonal crystal system, between these crystallites much smaller crystallites are observed, which can be attributed to inclusion phase. The fast photoluminescence component in the exciton area of the spectrum and the slow component involving discrete level of manganese impurity ions. The position of the basic levels of manganese ions in relation to the edges of the ZnO energy bands has been defined.
