摘要：

A phosphoranido iridium(III) complex is prepared by the reaction of Cp*IrCl2(PMe3) with lithium phosphoranide generated from a P-H spirophosphorane bearing two 8-oxy-1-naphthyl groups. The complex is thermally converted into metallaphosphacyclo complexes with diastereoselectivity.
