In this paper, by improving the proofs of some theorems in J. Math. Anal. Appl. 255 (2001) 349-357, we obtain some new oscillation criteria for the second-order nonlinear difference equation with continuous variable. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science (USA). All rights reserved.
