Research and Practice on the Teaching Reform of College Physical Education under the Multimedia Environment

With the popularization and application of multimedia technology in the teaching of higher education, improving the students' ability of multimedia operation in the course of physical education, training more sports professional students in line with the needs of the society and the development direction, have become the focus problem of the teaching reform of college physical education. Based on the analysis of multimedia application of college physical education teaching, this paper analyzes the basic situation of teaching practice of college physical education in China under the current multimedia technology environment. Then it puts forward the specific optimization methods of college physical education teaching under the multimedia environment from the following aspects, such as construction of physical education practice base, innovation of physical education theory teaching content, perfection of theory course examination system etc. in order to provide ideas and references for the teaching reform of college physical education in China.
