摘要
Experimental investigation of the current-voltage characteristics of a short Nb/Si3N4/Nb coplanar Josephson junction with chain of magnetic nanoparticles at T = 4.2 K is presented. The array of ferromagnetic Co particles with lateral dimensions of about 100-200 nm have been fabricated by electron lithography. We have shown experimentally that the diffraction pattern of a short Josephson junction with ferromagnetic nanoparticles strongly depends on preliminary magnetization of the particles.
