Two polyoxometalate-based coordination polymers: Synthesis, characterization and in vitro anti-lung cancer activity

摘要
Two novel coordination polymers based on alpha-Keggin-type polyoxometalate, [Cu(L-1)(2)] [H3BW12O40]center dot 8H(2)O (1, L-1 = 1,4-bis((H-1-imidazol-1-yl)methyl)benzene) and [Zn2Mn(H2O)(6)(L-1)(4)] [BW12O40]center dot NO3 center dot 4H(2)O (2), have been solvothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (SCXRD), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) along with the elemental analysis (EA). In addition, in vitro anticancer activity of compounds 1 and 2 on three human lung cancer cells (NCI-H292, NCI-H460 and LTEP-A-2) was further determined via the MTT (3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thioazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) assay.
