摘要
Through the sample investigation, this study has found that female college graduates of 2009 have a clear understanding to the current employment and keep objective attitude to the overall employment expectation. It seems that stability is the most salient feature from the three aspects such as the choice of employment unit and area, the view upon self-employed and employment orientation. Besides specialty and gender have less impact on employment, whereas comprehensive ability, social experience and their own virtues have been regarded as the most important factors in employment. In the whole, they own more initiative attitude toward employment and they make most use of various ways to seek job opportunities. Nevertheless, it exists several problems among them including the analysis; lack the sense of competition, the fear of employment and so on.
