Prediction of Dynamic Flow Behavior of a Dual-Phase Steel

摘要
To study the flow behavior of the dual-phase steel under dynamic loading, high speed tensile experiments are employed with DP590 and the strain sensitivity is discussed. On this basis, BP neural network and constitutive models are respectively established to simulate the dynamic flow behaviors of the DP steel under the strain rates of 0.1s(-1), 50s(-1), 100s(-1), 200s(-1) and 500s(-1). Then the flow curves of the material loaded at 100s(-1) and 200s(-1) are predicted by BP neural network model and constitutive models respectively. The predicted results by the aforementioned models and the tensile results under the strain rate of 100s(-1) and 200s(-1) are compared. The prediction accuracy is validated according to the error.
