摘要
The precursor solution which contained TiO2 Sol and trehalose was prepared by sol-gel method. The films were deposited onto a glass substrate by a dip-coating technique and then calcined at 500degreesC. The film was composed of nano sized particles (10-20 nm). The maximum thickness of the film prepared by one-run dip-coating was ca. 740 nm. The porosity of TiO2 films can be controlled in the range of 30 to 56% by changing trehalose concentration in the dip-coating solution.
