摘要:
We have attempted the nano-crystal growth based on an electrochemical method to construct highly-conducting nanowires. The nano-electrocrystallization has been carried out in an axially-substituted phthalocyanine solution using substrates with two electrodes formed by deposition. Using this process; we obtained nanowires with a width of approximately 100nm and a length of several microns.
