摘要
In present work, the study of electric discharge machining, wire electric discharge machining and electrochemical machining has been presented. Also, the future prospective for these machining processes has discussed. This paper is a step in the same direction and a tool for the researchers. The review period is considered from 2013 to 2021. The optimal parameters for the above-mentioned processes will help in increasing the output of various industries. The optimisation techniques considered in the current work were the Taguchi's, response surface methodology, artificial neural networks, grey relation analysis, Topsis method, particle swarm optimization & genetic algorithm. This review work presents the study of non-conventional machining process with various optimization techniques at a one place.Copyright (c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
