摘要
The case of a 29-year-old patient with lower back pain at the time of the first presentation in 2006 is reported. The initial finding was L5 spondylolysis without vertebral gliding and functional disorders without neurological deficits. In the observation period up to 2019, this resulted in L5 spondylolisthesis (stage I according to Meyerding). This case report shows that, in the absence of neurological deficits, this structural lesion can be well controlled conservatively by mitigating myofascial and articular dysfunction.
