摘要：

e-Government implementation is the concerned of all the countries around the world in order to facilitate and provide an easy access services to the user from anywhere at any time and they have spent lots of money. Oman is one of those countries and it has developed its rank globally from year to year but still behind its expectation, the user studies here and investigated on the factors that affected all types of government services (G2G, G2C, G2E, G2V, G2B) in e-Government implementation in Oman from the feedback received from questionnaire that been sent to the user.
