摘要：

According to the requirements of the laboratory, a set of Long Distance Environment Monitoring System was designed based on AVR Microchip and Ethernet. This paper interdicted the design of hardware and software about AVR Microchip in detail , and the long distance monitoring system software was briefly described. Through the application testing, this system was excellent in operation with stable performance.
