摘要：
We conducted a 15-year prospective investigation on the feasibility and safety of applying direct-current cardioversion to patients who had supraventricular tachyarrhythmias causing unstable hemodynamic conditions in the prehospital phase to "SHL," a telemedical facility that also operates mobile intensive care units. All patients improved clinically and hemodynamically within 20 minutes from restoration of sinus rhythm and all were transported safely to the hospital.
