摘要：

The repair of nasal defects is critical because of the functional and aesthetic importance of the nose. Cheek interpolation flaps (CIFs) are a versatile tool for the repair of wounds in this area after Mohs micrographic surgery. They are especially useful for defects on the distal, convex subunits of the nose (i.e., the nasal tip and alae) given the relative paucity of local tissue reservoirs in those locations.1 Cheek interpolation flaps possess a reliable blood supply based on perforators of the angular artery and as such are random pattern flaps. © 2021 Lippincott Williams and Wilkins.
