摘要
Nowadays, competition in the market has changed from competition among enterprises to competition among supply chains. However, the operating performance of supply chain is often significantly influenced by supply chain partnership. Effective performance evaluation on supply chain partnership can help enterprises to find out the existing problems in the process of cooperation and accurately find out solutions in order to soundly promote development of supply chain partnership and further improve the competitive power of the whole supply chain. Based on balanced score card as well as the characteristics and cooperative objectives of supply chain partnership, this paper establishes a set of evaluation index system for supply chain partnership from four aspects, including financial, customers, internal processes and learning and growth. Then, it carries out the process of evaluation on supply chain partnership with the help of this established evaluation index system.
