Analysis of Intellectual Property Rights of New Energy Vehicles in China Based on Big Data Technology

Behind the fierce market competition, the intellectual property rights of new energy vehicles play a vital role. Intellectual property is the main means for enterprises to protect R&D achievements, and it is also the legal guarantee for protecting market leading position. China's new energy automobile industrialization can never be completely realized in a short time. We must rely on independent research and development automobile enterprises to be down-to-earth, based on the technological development status of the world's new energy automobile industry, and avoid fatal mistakes to the future automobile industry caused by intellectual property risks. Based on the big data technology, this paper studies the intellectual property rights of China's new energy vehicles. The research shows that at present, the statistical results of intellectual property rights classification of hybrid vehicles of domestic enterprises are: Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. ranks first, BYD Co., Ltd. ranks second, and Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. ranks third. Based on the big data technology, this paper studies the intellectual property rights of China's new energy vehicles, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of intellectual property management of the national science and technology plan, so as to strengthen the independent innovation of China's new energy vehicles and promote the industrialization development.
