China's new energy automobile industrialization can never be completely realized in a short time. We must rely on independent research and development automobile enterprises to be down-to-earth, based on the technological development status of the world's new energy automobile industry, and avoid fatal mistakes to the future automobile industry caused by intellectual property risks. The research shows that at present, the statistical results of intellectual property rights classification of hybrid vehicles of domestic enterprises are: Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. ranks first, BYD Co., Ltd. ranks second, and Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. ranks third.
