摘要：

The related theories of economic incentive policies for existing building retrofitting were analyzed, as well as their effects on incentive mechanism setting. The principles of making incentive policies were clarified from the views of feasibility, object certainty, incentive compatibility and maximum benefit. The types of incentive policies were categorized into incentive nature and incentive patterns. The incentive policy mechanisms were analyzed on the aspects of goals, objects and incentive intensity. The analysis results provide theory basis for promoting the establishment of economic incentive policies for Chinese existing building retrofitting.
