摘要
The abilities of three optical techniques (Raman scattering, UV-VIS-IR optical absorption and photoluminescence spectroscopy) for diagnostics of single-wall carbon nanotubes have been overviewed on example of nanotubes synthesized by two different methods - arc discharge and catalytical CO decomposition under high pressure.
