Labor relations in Russia: exposure institutions and law enforcement

摘要：
The article discusses the practice of law enforcement in the field of labor relations in Russia. Analysis of the dynamics of performance indicators of state inspections for the period 2014-2018 indicates that the dynamics of the number of inspections of employers has a general tendency to increase, although in 2018 there was a slight decrease. It is observed as a decrease in identified violations. In the structure of inspections with revealed violations, a decrease in unscheduled inspections is observed. To strengthen compliance with labor laws, it is necessary to organically combine preventive measures with appropriate sanctions.
