摘要
A series of aliphatic poly(ester amide)s containing functional groups were prepared using a two-step polycondensation. The composition and properties of the poly(ester amide)s were characterized with dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA), a diamine derived from glycine and sebacoyl dichloride. It was observed that the diol monomer DMPA entered the chain of the synthesized poly(ester amide)s, and the benzyl ester group could be removed by catalytic hydrogenolysis. The melting temperature and Tg of the poly(ester amide)s was found to be approximately 150 and 0 °C.
