Based on the relevant parameters and engineering geological conditions of pipe jacking construction of Hangzhou water intake upward moving project (phase I), the influence of explosion impact of buried oil storage tank in gas station on pipe jacking structure is numerically simulated based on finite element method. According to the conversion formula of TNT equivalent method, the gasoline explosion is converted into the corresponding TNT equivalent explosion for analysis, and the explosion shock wave over-pressure is 0.485 MPa by using empirical formula. The simulation results show that the maximum principal stress of the western pipeline decreases gradually from the near explosion source to the far end due to the explosion shock of the oil tank, but the influence of the explosion shock on the shear strain of the pipeline is not obvious. The axial force Fy, shear force Fx and Fz of the pipeline change periodically along the axis of the pipeline, and the plane bending moment Mx of the yz of the pipeline fluctuates greatly, and the fluctuation range is +/- 40KN center dot m. The maximum vibration velocity of the water pipeline caused by the oil tank explosion is about 6.54 cm / s, the maximum principal strain is 225x10(-6), and the maximum principal stress is 47.43 MPa, which is far less than the allowable value of the corresponding pipeline. When the oil tank explodes unexpectedly, the water pipeline will not be damaged, but when there are construction personnel working in the water pipeline, most of the personnel will die or the internal organs will be seriously damaged.
