摘要
Although currently the University, and considering the European Higher Education Area, has responsibility for training graduates to skills and competences that enable them to successfully meet their profession, sometimes this is not enough for our students know face them to the labor market. Concern for these lacks that the students, has led a group of professors from the University of Cadiz to make an innovation project for complement the training of students of the Grades of Biotechnology and Enology of Science Faculty in this regard. In this project, developed during the course 2014-15, has worked on the development of communication skills and personal skills to manage their professional future through workshops involving training activities, analysis and resolution of practical cases. Professors of the University of Cadiz, the Chair of Entrepreneurs and professionals from consulting to professional improvement participated in the project by acting as trainers. The workshops were very practical and customized so that students had the opportunity to, among others, reflect on what they wanted and could do, where and how to find employment, face up to job interviews and consider the possibility of self-employment.
